If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us from the email address your account uses and we will delete it for you within 7 days. Groups and expenses you shared with other people are their financial records too — deleting them would erase what those people owe or are owed. They stay visible to those people, showing only your display name and the amounts. Your account link and photo are removed, the entry is marked as a deleted account, and you lose all access. If you want your name removed from these as well, email us and we will replace it with "Deleted user".المجموعات والعمليات التي شاركتها مع آخرين هي سجلات مالية تخصّهم أيضًا، وحذفها يمحو ما لهم أو ما عليهم. لذا تبقى ظاهرةً لهم باسمك المعروض والمبالغ فقط، مع إزالة ارتباط حسابك وصورتك، ووسم الإدخال بأنه حساب محذوف، وتفقد أنت إمكانية الوصول بالكامل. وإن رغبت في إزالة اسمك منها أيضًا فراسلنا وسنستبدله بعبارة «مستخدم محذوف».
Backups held by our cloud provider are overwritten on their normal cycle. We may keep limited records where the law requires it. You can remove data without deleting your account: delete individual expenses, groups and friends in the app; remove your photo, bank details or @username under Account; or use Account → Data & reset to clear all your groups, expenses and friends while keeping the account.يمكنك إزالة بيانات دون حذف الحساب: احذف عمليات أو مجموعات أو أصدقاء بعينهم من التطبيق؛ أو أزل صورتك أو بياناتك البنكية أو اسم المستخدم من الحساب؛ أو استخدم الحساب ← البيانات وإعادة الضبط لمسح جميع مجموعاتك وعملياتك وأصدقائك مع الإبقاء على الحساب.
