By downloading or using Mashrook ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is provided by AKA Tech Solutions Company, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (CR 7054538264).بتنزيلك أو استخدامك تطبيق مشروك ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه. وإذا لم توافق، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق. ويُقدَّم التطبيق من شركة إيه كي إيه تيك سولووشنز، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية (سجل تجاري ٧٠٥٤٥٣٨٢٦٤).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account and phone number secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق. وأنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات التي تقدّمها، وعن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك ورقم جوّالك، وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك.
Mashrook is a tool for recording and organizing shared expenses and balances between people. Mashrook does not process, hold, or transfer money, and is not a bank, payment service, or financial institution. Any actual payments between you and others happen outside the app, through your own means. Balances shown are records based on the information you and others enter; they are not financial advice or a guarantee of any debt.مشروك أداة لتسجيل وتنظيم المصاريف والأرصدة المشتركة بين الأشخاص. ولا يقوم مشروك بمعالجة الأموال أو الاحتفاظ بها أو تحويلها، وهو ليس بنكًا ولا خدمة دفع ولا مؤسسة مالية. وأي مدفوعات فعلية بينك وبين الآخرين تتم خارج التطبيق وبوسائلك الخاصة. والأرصدة المعروضة هي سجلات مبنية على ما تدخلونه من معلومات، وليست استشارة مالية ولا ضمانًا لأي دين.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشئه في التطبيق، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستضافته ومعالجته فقط لتشغيل التطبيق لصالحك، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.
The app may offer optional paid features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and any refunds are handled according to those stores' policies.قد يقدّم التطبيق ميزات مدفوعة اختيارية. وتُعالَج المشتريات عبر متجر آبل أو جوجل بلاي وفق شروطهما، وتُعالَج أي استردادات وفق سياسات هذين المتجرين.
The app, including its name, design, and software, is owned by AKA Tech Solutions and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these terms.التطبيق، بما في ذلك اسمه وتصميمه وبرمجياته، مملوك لـ AKA Tech Solutions ومحمي نظامًا. ولا يجوز لك نسخه أو تعديله أو توزيعه إلا بما تسمح به هذه الشروط.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculations and balances will be free of mistakes arising from the data entered. You are responsible for verifying amounts before relying on them.يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفّره". وبالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نضمن أن يكون متواصلًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، ولا أن تكون الحسابات والأرصدة خالية من أخطاء ناتجة عن البيانات المُدخلة. وأنت مسؤول عن التحقق من المبالغ قبل الاعتماد عليها.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKA Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any disputes between users over amounts owed or payments made outside the app.إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لن تكون AKA Tech Solutions مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، ولا عن أي نزاعات بين المستخدمين حول المبالغ المستحقة أو المدفوعات التي تتم خارج التطبيق.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the app or its users.يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عند الحاجة لحماية التطبيق أو مستخدميه.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويخضع أي نزاع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.
