Thammin (ثمّن, "the app") is operated by AKA Tech Solutions Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For the purposes of this policy, AKA Tech Solutions is the data controller.يُشغّل تطبيق ثمّن ("التطبيق") من قِبل شركة AKA للحلول التقنية، وهي شركة مسجّلة في المملكة العربية السعودية. ولأغراض هذه السياسة، تُعدّ AKA Tech Solutions الجهة المتحكّمة في البيانات.
We collect only what we need to produce a valuation:نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لإنتاج التثمين:
We do not require an account to value a plate, and we do not collect your name, phone number or location unless you choose to sign in. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.لا نطلب حسابًا لتثمين لوحة، ولا نجمع اسمك أو رقم جوّالك أو موقعك ما لم تختر تسجيل الدخول. ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات طرف ثالث.
Plate details are used to produce your estimate and to improve the accuracy of the valuation model in aggregate. A plate number is not, by itself, personal data — but we treat what you enter as confidential and never publish it against you.تُستخدم بيانات اللوحة لإنتاج تقديرك ولتحسين دقة نموذج التثمين بشكل إجمالي. رقم اللوحة بحد ذاته ليس بياناً شخصياً، لكننا نتعامل مع ما تُدخله بسرّية ولا ننشره منسوباً إليك.
We process the plate details and photos you submit to perform the service you request — producing your estimate — and on the basis of your consent where an optional account or feature requires it. You may withdraw such consent at any time through your device or account settings.نعالج بيانات اللوحة والصور التي ترسلها لتنفيذ الخدمة التي تطلبها — إنتاج تقديرك — وبناءً على موافقتك عند الاقتضاء لميزة اختيارية أو حساب. ويمكنك سحب هذه الموافقة في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك أو حسابك.
We share data only with service providers who help us run the app, under agreements that limit their use of it:نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، وبموجب اتفاقيات تقيّد استخدامهم لها:
We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the app.لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين. وقد نفصح أيضًا عن المعلومات إذا تطلّب النظام ذلك، أو لحماية حقوق مستخدمينا وسلامتهم وأمن التطبيق.
Our services run in Saudi Arabia, on Google Cloud infrastructure in the Dammam (me-central2) region. Your valuation history stays on your device, and in your account if you sign in. Some service providers may process limited data outside the Kingdom; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with the PDPL.تعمل خدماتنا داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، على بنية جوجل كلاود في منطقة الدمام (me-central2). ويبقى سجل تثميناتك على جهازك، وفي حسابك إن سجّلت الدخول. وقد يعالج بعض مزوّدي الخدمة بيانات محدودة خارج المملكة؛ وعند حدوث ذلك نعتمد على ضمانات مناسبة بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
Plate photographs are discarded once a scan result is returned. Valuation records and feedback are kept, under their pseudonymous key, for as long as they are useful for improving the model. Daily scan counters are deleted after about three days, and error reports after thirty. Your valuation history is kept on your device, and in your account if you are signed in, until you delete it. Deleting your account permanently removes the account and the history stored in it, and revokes our Sign in with Apple / Google access. Valuation records and feedback are not linked to your account, so deleting the account does not remove them; write to us and we will remove the records tied to your app identifier.تُحذف صور اللوحات فور إرجاع نتيجة التصوير. وتُحفظ سجلات التثمين والملاحظات، تحت معرّفها المستعار، ما دامت مفيدة لتحسين النموذج. وتُحذف عدّادات التصوير اليومية بعد نحو ثلاثة أيام، وتقارير الأخطاء بعد ثلاثين يومًا. ويُحفظ سجل تثميناتك على جهازك، وفي حسابك إن كنت مسجّلاً الدخول، إلى أن تحذفه. وحذف حسابك يزيل الحساب والسجل المحفوظ فيه نهائيًا، ويلغي صلاحية تسجيل الدخول عبر آبل / جوجل. أما سجلات التثمين والملاحظات فهي غير مرتبطة بحسابك، ولذلك لا يزيلها حذف الحساب؛ راسلنا وسنحذف السجلات المرتبطة بمعرّف تطبيقك.
Under the PDPL you have the right to access your data, request correction, request deletion, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can:بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك، وطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على بعض المعالجة أو تقييدها. ويمكنك:
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the data you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you and the authorities of any breach as required.نستخدم تدابير وفق معايير الصناعة — تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل وضوابط الوصول — لحماية البيانات التي ترسلها. ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، لكننا نعمل على حماية معلوماتك وإخطارك والجهات المختصة بأي اختراق وفق ما يقتضيه النظام.
Thammin is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.ثمّن ليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون سن ١٣، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. وإذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصرًا قدّم لنا بيانات، فيرجى التواصل معنا وسنزيلها.
Valuations are statistical estimates built from confirmed Saudi plate sales. They are not offers, appraisals, or financial advice, and the market can differ from any estimate shown.التثمينات تقديرات إحصائية مبنية على صفقات مؤكدة للوحات سعودية. وهي ليست عروض شراء ولا تقييماً معتمداً ولا استشارة مالية، وقد يختلف السوق عن أي تقدير معروض.
We will update this page when the app changes, post the updated version here, and revise the date above.
