You do not need an account to value a plate. Where an account is offered for optional features, you must be at least 13 years old to create one, and you are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activity under your account.لا تحتاج حسابًا لتثمين لوحة. وحيثما يُتاح حساب لميزات اختيارية، يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٣ عامًا على الأقل لإنشائه، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان الوصول إليه وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبره.
Thammin produces statistical estimates of a licence plate's value, built from confirmed comparable sales and other market signals. An estimate is not an offer to buy or sell, a certified appraisal, or financial or investment advice, and the actual market price for any plate can differ from the estimate shown. You are responsible for your own decisions when buying, selling, or valuing a plate.يُنتج ثمّن تقديرات إحصائية لقيمة لوحة السيارة، مبنية على صفقات مقارنة مؤكدة وإشارات سوقية أخرى. والتقدير ليس عرض شراء أو بيع، ولا تقييمًا معتمدًا، ولا استشارة مالية أو استثمارية، وقد يختلف السعر الفعلي لأي لوحة في السوق عن التقدير المعروض. وأنت مسؤول عن قراراتك عند شراء لوحة أو بيعها أو تثمينها.

Plate details and photos you submit to get an estimate are used to produce that estimate and, in aggregate, to improve the accuracy of the valuation model, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your on-device valuation history remains yours and is not uploaded by us.تُستخدم بيانات اللوحة والصور التي ترسلها للحصول على تقدير في إنتاج ذلك التقدير، وبشكل إجمالي لتحسين دقة نموذج التثمين، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية. ويبقى سجل تثميناتك على جهازك ملكًا لك ولا نرفعه إلى خوادمنا.
The app may offer optional paid features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and any refunds are handled according to those stores' policies.قد يقدّم التطبيق ميزات مدفوعة اختيارية. وتُعالَج المشتريات عبر متجر آبل أو جوجل بلاي وفق شروطهما، وتُعالَج أي استردادات وفق سياسات هذين المتجرين.
The app, including its name, design, valuation model, and software, is owned by AKA Tech Solutions and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these terms.التطبيق، بما في ذلك اسمه وتصميمه ونموذج التثمين وبرمجياته، مملوك لـ AKA Tech Solutions ومحمي نظامًا. ولا يجوز لك نسخه أو تعديله أو توزيعه إلا بما تسمح به هذه الشروط.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate, confidence range, or comparable sale shown is complete, current, or free of error. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it.يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفّره". وبالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نضمن أن يكون متواصلًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، ولا أن يكون أي تقدير أو نطاق ثقة أو صفقة مقارنة معروضة كاملة أو محدّثة أو خالية من الخطأ. وأنت مسؤول عن التحقق من أي رقم قبل الاعتماد عليه.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKA Tech Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a decision to buy, sell, or value a plate based on an estimate shown in the app.إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لن تكون AKA Tech Solutions مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، ولا عن أي خسارة ناتجة عن قرار شراء لوحة أو بيعها أو تثمينها بناءً على تقدير معروض في التطبيق.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the app or its users.يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو عند الحاجة لحماية التطبيق أو مستخدميه.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ويخضع أي نزاع لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.
